Victoria’s Secret & Co. has announced several key leadership appointments designed to accelerate growth across its prestigious brand portfolio, including the addition of a veteran from Savage X Fenty.
According to a press release, Adam Selman has been appointed SVP, executive creative director. Previously. Selman served as the chief design officer for Savage X Fenty. This was the same company where current Victoria’s Secret CEO, Hillary Super, worked before joining the brand.
Savage X Fenty, the lingerie brand founded by Rihanna, offers a wide range of products, including bras, underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear. Given the similarities in product focus, Selman’s expertise is expected to seamlessly carry over to his new role at Victoria’s Secret.
Per the press release, Selman is a “visionary creative leader known for combining bold fashion design with powerful brand storytelling.” He has “shaped some of the most iconic and culturally resonant moments in fashion through a distinctive, aesthetic, inclusive approach, and deep understanding of how style intersects with pop culture.”
The new appointments include a group of creative professionals who share a unified vision to elevate and expand Victoria’s Secret through innovative design, brand evolution, and a renewed focus on customer connection.
- Anne Stephenson as Victoria’s Secret’s president. Her role begins on May 12.
- Ali Dillon will join the company on May 12 as president of PINK.
- Amy Kocourek, the president of beauty, was appointed in March 2025.
- Adam Selman will join the company as SVP, executive creative director on April 14.

Super officially stepped into the role of chief executive officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co. on Sept. 9, 2024. With nearly 30 years of experience in the retail industry and a track record of leadership at major brands, Super has the strategic vision and expertise that Victoria’s Secret needs to guide its next phase of growth.
Before her tenure at Savage X Fenty, Super served as the Global CEO of Anthropologie Group, an Urban Outfitters company, where she led a successful turnaround of the women’s apparel and accessories business. Her background also includes positions at Guess, American Eagle Outfitters, Gap Inc., and Ann Taylor Inc., showcasing her extensive expertise in merchandising and brand development.
