Amazon’s Big Spring Sale 2025 is starting next week. Beginning on March 25 and ending on March 31, Amazon shoppers can find deals on products in over 35 categories, according to a press release.
With discounts of up to 40%, Amazon customers will find thousands of products with reduced prices. During the week-long event, discounted items will be found among a broad range of categories, from outdoor furniture and yard tools to apparel and beauty essentials.
There is one significant difference between the Big Spring Sale and other Amazon shopping events like Prime Day. In this case, shoppers do not need a Prime membership to take advantage of the low prices. However, Prime subscribers will receive exclusive offers that non-members will not get, subtly encouraging shoppers to opt for a membership. These discounts will have a “Prime Spring Deal” badge.
For the first time, Amazon is also holding the Big Spring Haul sale. Shoppers on Amazon’s discount platform will get 50% off purchases. Haul, which is available on the retail giant’s mobile site and shopping app, is Amazon’s answer to discount rivals Temu and SHEIN. Everything on Haul is priced at $20 or less.

Amazon’s Prime Day is generally a bigger event than the Big Spring Sale. Yet, Prime Day is often focused on Amazon-branded products like Echo devices and Fire TVs. Also, Prime Day is held in the middle of summer, so customers looking to save can get deals much sooner by shopping during the spring sale next week.
Interestingly, retail competitors often try to ride on Amazon’s coattails. In 2024, after the Big Spring Sale was announced, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target held spring sales as well. Yet, the price reductions were typically just enough to match products being offered on Amazon.
Some items on Amazon are already discounted ahead of the Big Spring Sale. Shoppers can check out Amazon’s site for a rotating selection of early deals.
Rufus, Amazon’s AI shopping assistant, will also lend a hand when shopping during the event.
Amazon’s first Big Spring Sale was in March 2024. Last year, customers found great deals on many end-of-winter items and springtime essentials like cleaning supplies and fitness trackers.
