Designed to promote well-being and exceptional client experiences, this new space features fantastic panoramic views, abundant natural light and five times more social space.
TSK undertook workshops to understand NERA’s requirements for this new space, which highlighted the need for better acoustics, areas for concentration and more social settings.
These findings fed into the creation of an environment designed to adapt, with a variety of work settings catering to focused and more collaborative work styles.
Acoustics have been enhanced, and AV-equipped private booths have been installed to give employees more privacy for internal and external video calls.
The aesthetic combines warm timber tones, textured materials, and lush planting, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, while bold accents of NERA’s brand colours add vibrancy.
Client spaces have also been elevated with a concierge-style welcome lounge, inspired by the hospitality industry and a meeting suite featuring vibrant artwork. The space also features a multi-purpose social and events hub with panoramic city views, a stylish kitchen and a ping-pong table.
